Before placing an order, please send me a message to verify I am available, as spaces are limited.

If you are local to San Diego, great! You can save in shipping costs to me by dropping them off locally.

If you place an order in advance (at least a month prior to your event) and are able to pick up the final product, I can offer you my discount code; message me for details.

PROCESS & IMPORTANT INFO:

  • The pressing process essentially extracts moisture from the flowers to flatten and preserve them so you can enjoy their beauty for years to come!
  • While I press all flowers and greenery you send, due to the organic nature of the process, I cannot guarantee that all flowers will press perfectly. I use whichever pieces come out of the presses looking their best. White flowers tend to brown or yellow more. Red and dark colors will darken. Certain flowers such as Calla lilies, white roses, lilies, lisianthus, orchids, garden roses, work well and sometimes they do not-it is not an exact science. Colors will not remain exactly the same once dried as when they are fresh.
  • We press almost all types of flowers! However, some don’t preserve well due to their thickness or high water content. Below is a list of flowers and greens we don’t include in final pressed arrangements, along with explanations for each:

Amaranth – A beautiful bouquet element, but due to its thickness, we can only include 2–3 stems in the final piece.

Banksia – This flower does not press thin enough. If you’d like to include it, we recommend opting for a shadow box arrangement instead.

Giant Lilies – Lilies have a high water content, causing them to brown even before entering the press. We can press them if you’d like, but they may not turn out as expected.

Pin Cushion Protea – These tropical favorites are gorgeous, but their thickness limits us to including only 1–2 in a final piece.

Poppy Pods – Too thick to press and cannot be included in a final arrangement.

Safflower – Too thick to press and cannot be included in a final arrangement.

Scabiosa Pods – Too thick to press and cannot be included in a final arrangement.

Seeded Eucalyptus – While we love the look of fresh seeded eucalyptus, the seeds are too thick to press properly. We can include the leaves but must remove the seeds.

Silver Brunia – Too thick to press and cannot be included in a final arrangement.

Thick Branches (e.g., Curly Willows) – While stunning in bouquets, thick branches do not press well. If you’d like to incorporate them, we suggest a shadow box arrangement.

Wheat & Tares – Unfortunately, wheat and similar grains cannot be pressed thin enough. A shadow box arrangement would be the best alternative.

If you have any questions about specific flowers in your bouquet, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

  • If you have fake flowers/silk flowers in your bouquet I cannot guarantee I’ll be able to use them; some tend to be too thick, others I can deconstruct and use
  • Because this is a custom made to order job, it is non-refundable, and I ask that it is paid in full at the time of your booking.
  • Once an order is placed, I will message you with my delivery address and more detailed packing instructions (as shown below) for your flowers.
  • The flowers needs to be fresh, and ideally need to be sent or dropped off within 3 business days of your event (just be sure to keep them in water in the fridge until you can send them!)
  • The pressing process can take ~2 months depending on the flowers. I can get them pressed, framed, arranged back to you typically with a 5-6 month turnaround depending on the time of year.

SHIPPING PROCESS:

Before Your Event:

  • Coordinate the details of who will be shipping/dropping off your flowers.
  • Share these instructions  with this individual so they can be sure to follow the steps necessary to have your flowers arrive safely.

Immediately After The Event:

  • Place the stems of your flowers in water and keep them in a cool location ideally a fridge.
  • If the flowers are cascading, often it will be designed so that the flowers are held together by a “cage” that contains floral foam. Be sure to water this foam, as this is what keeps these lowers hydrated.
  • Flowers will stay the freshest if they are kept In the fridge or in a dark room. Do not leave your flowers sitting in direct sunlight!

For Shipping:

  • I do not send you anything for shipment, shipping to me is your responsibility. The customer is in charge of materials and shipping. Instruction on how to do so below.
  • I suggest using FedEx or UPS overnight or 1-2 day. You can ship USPS Priority Express (but they are most times delayed). The quicker they reach me the better. My zip code is 91942.
  • The return shipping for your frame is included in your order, and you will be responsible for getting your bouquet to me.

For Dropping Off Local:

  • After an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and then shortly after receive a separate email with the details for dropping off and coordinating (including my phone # and full address).
  • No need to wrap your flowers up or put them in a box. You can simply bring them in a vase, or whatever is easier. I can swap your vase out with one of mine upon your arrival.

IMPORTANT:

Place a sheet of paper inside the box or at drop off that has:

  1. Name
  2. Phone #
  3. Email Address
  4. Order Number
  5. As well as a list of everything we should find in the box or at drop-off ie: if there is a boutonniere, a second bouquet, if you added on an extra (fabric/invite/etc.)

**please note space is limited. I can only take your bouquet and supplemental stems of flowers are in poor condition. Message me first if you plan to ship or drop off more.

TIPS:

  • REMOVE any ribbons/pendants/papers/etc that you want to keep before shipping!
  • Essentially you want to quickly ship your flowers in a cool and safe environment. ONLY THE STEMS wrapped in a wet towel and then a plastic bag (so that it doesn’t get the box wet)
  • Adding crumbled paper, dry paper towels, packing peanuts, are all great options that are NOT plastic to fill the empty space.
  • Fragile upright box so that the bouquet doesn’t get thrown around. The smaller the box, the better as shipping prices go up the larger the box is.
  • DO NOT WRAP FLOWERS IN ANY KIND OF PLASTIC this includes bubblewrap. Make sure NOT to wrap the entire bouquet in a bag, keep the blossoms uncovered and away from moisture or they can mold
  • Shipping them in a styrofoam cooler is an option, not necessary
